We use Australia Post exclusively for our International and Domestic shipping. All Joeybag's are dispatched daily from our Australian Warehouse on a free express air freight service for International world wide deliveries and a free Eparcel road freight service for domestic Australian orders, generally within 5 days or sooner.

To help us maintain our fast and efficient service please take the time to make sure your delivery address and email/contact details are correct when ordering. Prior to dispatch you will receive a shipping notification email from us along with you're tracking details so you can check your orders progress and follow it's journey.

This couldn't possibly happen 😊 but just in case you aren't happy with you're Joeybag, change your mind or want a different colour etc... no problem, we're very easy going around here. Just send it back to us in the same unworn and new condition you received it within 28 days and we'll refund you, no worries.
